Day 1 went not too bad, 100% stuck to it. Day 2 arrives and all morning Im fine but by lunchtime I am absolutely starving! My stomach is making strange gurgling sounds and Im drinking loads to try and keep the hunger at bay. Had porridge for breakfast and shake for lunch. Have just caved and had about 50g of chicken breast. Stomach is still gurglingI know it can be a tough few days to get into ketosis but all I can think about is how hungry I feel
Right now feel like ditching it all and going to have some toast or something - am trying to be good and have some broccoli cooking and will pour over spicy spaghetti in the hope that this will stop my stomach thinking my throat has been cut!
when does this hunger subside???!!!!![]()

I know it can be a tough few days to get into ketosis but all I can think about is how hungry I feel
