    7lbs in first 12 days, possible?

    I'm going for a weekend away (will have been on s&s 12 days then) is 7lb loss possible? id love to have lost half a stone by then.




    Start weight: 13 stone 9lbs

    Weight now: 12 stone 3lbs

    re-started s&s November 6th.

    Its def possible, i lost 9ib in my first 7 days. x
    Nothing tastes as good as being slim!!!!

    Wow, thats fantastic!!

    I'm not setting myself up this time, think that was my failing last time.

    I was concentrating too much on weigh ins.

    This time I've started without even weighing myself.

    I know im around 12.2 0r 12.3 but it just takes the pressure off for me.

    I'll weigh myself thursday 16th but im more interested in feeling better.

    TBH just to get into the 11s would make me happy, I've been stuck just in the 12's for months!!

    Goal Date: 27.03.12 now at goal

    Start BMI: 30.9
    Current BMI: 23.6
    Goal BMI: 22.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st3.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st6lb
    % Lost 23.76%
    You should be fine losing that amount if you are 100% and drink loads of water. Will you go off plan while you are away. if so, take care - it can be really hard to get back on track after a day or two off.

    Would like to be 10st, but hey life goes on. Main aim is to remain at a BMI of under 25 which I have done for almost a year now!
