    newbie help please

Hi all I've just placed my first order of slim and save and I'm very nervous to be honest I have done Cambridge in the past and I lost alot of weight but came off it a stone and a half before my goal weight

That was a big mistake because then it was too late I couldn't for the life of me get back on it

I'm hoping this diet will be easier as you actually get meals to eat I'm looking forward to starting on Monday but will need alot of support please

On average how long do you think it will take to lose 1 and a half stone on this diet with no cheating?
    Thank you

everyone loses at different rates but your losses should be pretty much the same as CD , the average loss is about 14lbs a month with a little higher losses your first few weeks.
you wont even feel like your on a diet on slim and save its so much nicer than CD.
    best of luck hun

Should be about 6 weeks with no cheating- I am on week 6 and have lost 16lbs but have had one cheat week where I stayed the same otherwise it would have been about 18lbs, making weigh in 6 1.5stone. Good luck.
