I'm not going to cave but I'm bloody hungry
Been drinking all day, had milshake for brekkie and bar for lunch.
I've not got any 'food' packs as i don't much like them.
so going to have a piece of chicken later with some salad or broccoli
and make a crispy shake cookie in the evening with a cuppa.
I know day 3 is hardest, im not too fussed but just got a rumbly tummy and would like to eat!!
