    Dealing With Days Out

Hi Guys, Just some advice needed, I'm off to a convention tommorow in the south so will include a really early morning and long distance travelling. I wanted to know how people stay on plan 100% when there is no place to make up shakes/meals etc. I plan on having my breakfast before I set off and I have some wafers to take along too.

    Any advice appreciated..

Some bars will be ideal. I know it isn't supposed to be done, but you could make up a pack in advance and store it in a thermos. Maybe soup. It might deplete the nutrients, but will keep you on track. While travelling you can stop and get a coffee and ask for a cup of hot water as well. You can then just mix in some soup. Take a bottle of water and a shaker (if you have one) and make up a shake enroute.

If all else fails, just remain food free until the end of the day. it sounds crazy, but when you are in ketosis, you won't get very hungry and water, tea, coffee and a bar will be enough. I have done this (had two packs for breakfast then two packs in the evening) and I was fine.

Would like to be 10st, but hey life goes on. Main aim is to remain at a BMI of under 25 which I have done for almost a year now!
