Anyone know if you can have ackee (salt fish and ackee) I have a real craving for it, and if I make it with out tomato I can't see the issue if it is my protein meal?
I look back at those photo's and think "why did I think I was fat?". Thyroid be damned, I will be thin again.
Goals for this time round-
Fit in my bridesmaid dress
Get into my size 10s (what ever weight that requires)
If the sugar and carb content isn't too bad I don't see it being a problem! Trial and error I guess xx
