Hi All !
Hope your all having great slimming success!! Im Sadia 24 female and 5ft 6, a mom of two little ones and work with children as a nursery nurse. Im currently 16st 13lbs.. Where do i start! You may have seen me around these forms trying all the different diets and things and failing miserably. Ive been calorie counting for past month and lost around 7/8lbs. Which is good! But i feel demotivated alot of times due to the slow weight loss.. So ive made the plunge and ordered two weeks slim and save to give me a boost!! Im going away to turkey end of this month too and would like to be a little lighter on my feet! I jus wanted some support and info on how u all r doin and what the meals n shakes and bar taste like? Which r the best ones?? Thanks guys x x
