    Hi All !
    Hope your all having great slimming success!! Im Sadia 24 female and 5ft 6, a mom of two little ones and work with children as a nursery nurse. Im currently 16st 13lbs.. Where do i start! You may have seen me around these forms trying all the different diets and things and failing miserably. Ive been calorie counting for past month and lost around 7/8lbs. Which is good! But i feel demotivated alot of times due to the slow weight loss.. So ive made the plunge and ordered two weeks slim and save to give me a boost!! Im going away to turkey end of this month too and would like to be a little lighter on my feet! I jus wanted some support and info on how u all r doin and what the meals n shakes and bar taste like? Which r the best ones?? Thanks guys x x
    Target to be 11st , By July 20th 2014.

    Welcome to S&S! I've only just started too but have had my first weigh in and lost 11lbs, so I'm pretty happy! So far am enjoying the packs, the spaghetti and chilli meal ones have been best, and all the shakes have tasted ok. Not so keen on the bars but don't have a sweet tooth generally (cheese and wine are my downfall!)
    Good luck, when are you starting?

    Oooo now I started yesterday at 16st 2lbs the worst thing I had yesterday was porridge (nasty texture) and the nicest was a dark choc bar which didn't taste 'diet' at all! I've gotta admit I'm hungry today but the pints of water take the edge off!!

    Hey hun! Im on my 6th day and finding it really easy,ketosis has kicked in and im not at all hungry,I do miss food though but not enough to fall off the wagon! The meals and shakes are a lot nicer than any I've tried before,I love having the cafe latte and chocolate shakes warm as it feels like a real treat!they mix easier too! The meals taste nice but for some reason I dread eating them? Mac cheese Is nice as I can use the sauce over my veg allowance! Tried the white chocolate and lemon bar today and omg its gorgeous, there's nothing I really hate and yet usually im so fussy!
    Stick to this and the weight will fall off instantly,I started this 6days ago at 12st4,not even a full week yet and I've lost 8 lbs,which is amazing! I think maintenance will be the hardest part but ill cross that bridge when I get to it
    Turkey sounds amazing! You will definitely feel lighter on your feet! Goodluck in your journey and keep us posted!xx

    hello!

    im on my 6th day and ive been loving it so far. really really enjoying the shakes, tried all the flavours apart from banana (will have that this afternoon), but i really like them all. the meal packs have also been good with my protein and veg options. once you get into a routine and know the ones you like, its much easier. plus ive been forced to develop my cooking skills when trying to make my dinner taste a little nicer, which is always a good thing.

    im sure you'll be feeling really good by the time your holiday comes around.
    start weight nov 2012 13st 3.

    nov - december 1st 5lbs lost.
    end weight: 11st 11.

    40 day challenge until florida holiday on 12th of may. (started april 3rd)!

    Wow thank you everyone for the replies! Im super excited. I must say i am quite nervous as ive done Lighterlife before and the two times i did so once off the plan i ate normally and gained double the weight to start with ! I am hoping that its different this time round and the fact that il be on it for only two weeks a time , hopefully will teach me to maintain aswell. Aaaargh! I feel this is my only option left now... I am miseraaaaable!! My target is 11st 10lbs. . Thanks for all of youe support though x x looking fwd to share my success with u all xx
