My first 2 day... am I doing it right??

This is my first 2 days, can someone please tell me if im doing ok? It seems to easy! im not hungry at all.. and im 2lbs lighter this morning compared to yesterday.

    Wed.
    B: Hazelnut shake
    L: Veg Soup pack
    D: Chilli pack with cabbage

    Snack: S&S Praline bar
Drinks... about 2L water, 1 coffee with splash SS milk and sweetner
Needed a sweet fix, had a small glass of sparkling flavoured water which is no carbs but has citric acid.

    Thu.
B: Porridge Sachet (one of the vilest things ive ever had!)
L: 1 hard boiled egg and tom soup sachet
D: 2 egg omlette with a sprinkle of cheese (the tinest amount!) and 1 tomato

    S: Praline S&S Bar
Drinks, Loads of water, I set an alarm and had 1 glass every 45 mins. 1 black coffee

    Hows that?

    its not a bad start

you do have a few things off plan though:

day 1: citric acid coullld be a problem for some people. maybe best to avoid it till youre properly in keto and then try it and see if it takes you out again.

day 2: tomato isnt on the veg list, and if youre using egg as protein, only have 2 medium ones. id also avoid cheese, even if tiny.

a little bit of tweaking and you'll be fine!

You can't have tomato because of the citric acid it but other than that it looks good. Try drinking a bit more, closer to 3L. It will get you into good habits for when the going isn't so good.

Work out what works for you, you might be fine with citric acid, then again you may not. Good luck on your journey.
I look back at those photo's and think "why did I think I was fat?". Thyroid be damned, I will be thin again.
