    I've been doing this diet but notice olives are on the list and I love them is this right

    I've been having them but not 200g worth, I've been buying the sliced ones as 50 odd grams of those seems quite a lot, and they're yummy mixed in with the mushroom pasta/spaghetti packs, then having the rest of the veg allowance as broccoli or something
