    Does anyone just do the shakes?

    If so, have you noticed that you lose more weight when doing just the shakes? What do people think?

    I am absolutely in love with the chocolate crispy one and am thinking of a doing a couple of days of just shakes.

    Starting Cambridge Diet - scared + excited (12 weeks!) BACK TO SnS AFTER 4 DAYS (seriously I am annoying myself now!!)

    Give it a go. I remember only having vanilla shakes for a while as they were my favourite and didnt get bored
    Starting weight (this time) somewhere just under 10stone...can I get under 9 stone in 5 weeks time???

    I just have shakes plus protein in the eve. I make the shakes thicker though so they are like puddings! Yum! X

    I do a mixture, somedays just milk shakes, some days milkshakes + protein, and again other days with meal packs, milkshakes and protein. If my weight loss has stalled and I've stuck to one of my options for a few days, I change and it seems to give it a boost. I also like my shakes thicker, find them much more filling !
    Did S&S at beg of yr and lost 3st but due to a bereavement came off plan and put on 1st7lb. Restarted my journey on 1 Oct and lost 34lbs after nearly 10 weeks.

    Weighed 10.6 on 12 Dec 12, stopped for Xmas break and piled on 12 lbs. Restarting 10 Jan 13 at 11.4. Holiday planned for W/C 10 Feb, I have to be at least what I was, but my target is 10st, can I make it ?
