    Hi - and welcome

I started at weekend and have my first weigh in at Boots next Mon - i am expecting to lose a fair bit as 1st week but after then am aiming/hoping for 3lb per week - am on the 4 packs a day - and aiming to stick with them with no protein/veg .........

Are you on 3 or 4 packs ?

I havent done Cambridge - but have done Lighter life - but it is similar to these - one of the reasons i chose SnS was because of the wide variety of packs - more than LL - not sure about CD

But Good luck and keep us updated ...

    Week 1 - 5lbs
    Week 2 - 3lbs
Week 3 - stayed the same (came off plan for an event) - am so pleased didn't put any on
    Week 4 - 4lbs

    Hello and welcome

I've not done CD so can't answer that, have done LL though and it's the same principles. My weight loss below is for the first 7 weeks which looks about average I think. I'm having a little more than plan on some days adding in the veg and protein a few times a week and are still losing steadily

I've done both. They're basically the same but S&S is better because of the taste and variety of packs. Also the fact that they have meal packs that allow you to feel like you're actually eating something! Your losses will probably be similar on S&S as they were when you did CPW as they follow the same principles. Everyone is different so no-one can say how much you'll lose obviously, but most average to about a stone a month, which is the same as CWP.

Thanks for all of the info guys!
I came home to find my lovely box of goodies! I like the way these are all in packs that aren't labeled so no one can see when your out and about! X

yeah, bit of cinnamon and nutmeg with sweetner, makes it different every time.
I look back at those photo's and think "why did I think I was fat?". Thyroid be damned, I will be thin again.

I put cinnamon in too, though I have to admit I'm not a fan of S&S porridge at all.
