    hi im new x

    hi im new over the past couple of years i have been on every diet going and am bigger than when i started!! anyway been on s&s a week and found it a bit difficult but i have give up smoking as well and its been my tom so i have been a delight to live with!!! anyway was over the moon to have lost 9.6lb yey go me

    Wow! Great loss,not surprised you've had a bad week with not smoking and totm! Smoking has really helped me stay away from food! You're so strong and you're doing really well,keep at it and Goodluck xxx

    thanks blossom102 i intended to lose weight 1st but i would have put it all back on again giving up smoking i see you had a great 1st week as well x

    Yeah,biggest loss I've ever had,this week has slowed,only lost 2lbs,I did slip up the weekend though,how long are you planning to be on s&s?x

    not sure really i am just seeing how it goes id love to lose 4st but don't know if i will be able to stick it that long hopefully i will im a bit rubbish at dieting i just hope i dont get disheartened if i have a rubbish loss how about you how long are you planning on doing it? x

    Well done! U have done great, I have started the s&s diet today. I bought the weeks variety pack, I have had porridge this morning and shake for lunch, so far so good over the last 3 years I have lost 12 stone but it is slowly creeping back on, so its time to get started x

    Take your measurements hun,the weeks you don't lose much on the scales you tend to lose more inches! You've done well so far so don't be so down on yourself,im the same though but I think the main thing I want to change is that if I do feel I can't cope any longer on it that ill still do the refeed,you put weight back on so quickly if you don't come off it properly! I've got nearly 2 stone ish to lose! Hoping to stay on this until goal xx
