    Start Weight: 14st4lb

    Goal Date: soon as poss


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 30.4
    Current BMI: 26.1
    Goal BMI: 21.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st0lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st4lb
    % Lost 14%

    a question about lbs! help needed x

    Okay so not sure if I should post this here but didn't know where to post,and don't know if im being totally thick but.......a stone is 14lbs right,so today im weighing 11st 7,in lbs id work it out as 11x 14= 154 + 7lbs= 161lbs,but when I type 11.7 into the stone to lbs converter it comes up 163.8 lbs? I've had this problem before and don't know what's right? Help me pleaseee lol xx

    Total Weight Loss: 0st9lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st4lb
    % Lost 5.52%
    It's 161lbs. The lb converter works on a decimal system and sees the .7 as 70% of one stone, not 50% of one stone, which it is! Just use a calculator, it's easier!
    I look back at those photo's and think "why did I think I was fat?". Thyroid be damned, I will be thin again.

    Goals:
    Goals for this time round-
    Fit in my bridesmaid dress
    Lose 10lbs

    Lose 1stone

    Lose 18lbs

    Reach 10stone
    4/12/12 (again...)
    Get into my size 10s (what ever weight that requires)
