    Swapping from Cambridge diet

Currently on cambridge but thinking of swapping as the packs are so limited so I'm finding it hard to stick to. Anyone else swapped and was it better?

Me!! I swapped from CD & S&S is so much better - much better choice, products taste nicer, cheaper & no hassle of traveling to my CD lady (mine was quite a bit away from me). Def go for it xox

I lived on the chocolate & chocolate mint shakes only on CD..... never managed to stick to a restart so tried S&S, havent looked back! My losses on S&S are slightly more than with CD but maybe because I dont feel any need to pick or cheat...

    Good Luck!
