    Unhappy The demon inside me

I have restarted & now been 2.5weeks 100%, which is great, I'm having fantastic losses so I'm happy

BUT sometimes this "demon" takes over me, it's like my brain switches over & I have unreal urges to eat bad things (not bad as such, but bad for this diet), it's not a craving, its much stronger. I resisted so far, but I'm petrified of giving in a weak moment. Its like an addiction almost.

I've read it takes 3weeks to break a habit, will this go then or will I be fighting this forever?

Can I suggest you get hold of a copy of The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck. I get those thoughts and used to act on them all the time, I'm working my way through the book, not actually that far into the doing stage of the plan and already I've successfully banished those thoughts on a number of occasions. It's a brilliant strategy for dealing with the mind aspects of eating, really does help
