Hi all, have been doing S&S for 11 days and lost 17lbs so far! Totally in shock, a vlcd has never worked so well for me and I actually like the food packs! Well most of them, don't get me started on the oatmeal .... I'm just doing S&S for short blocks of time, then planning to use JUDDD to maintain, then s&s for a bit, to help with skin/psychological/ social things. But I'm sticking with this until I get 24lbs off. Very happy with the results though and wish I'd done it last year rather than spending thousands on LL!
