Had a little oopsie last nite :(

ok, so I was working late last nite, had not got the chance to eat all day & by 11pm I felt ill at the thought of eating the packs (I struggle with them) so I made a sandwhich however, it only came to about 500kcals & 44g of carbs, which as far as I know is ok for keto? I don't feel out of keto but didn't have time to weigh in this morning, do you think I'll have done much damage?

On the plus side, even if I have gained out of this, I am proud of myself! Usually it would have been a takeaway in that situation & it would have led to a binge because "I'd already done the damage anyway", so already I can see a huge change in my attitude! even seeing a plus side to this wee episode is a positive change

I wud still be in keto with that amount of carbs, sometimes 4 packs milk and veg comes to 50 something grams of carbs!
