Day off and boy have I paid!!!
I went to a big family do this weekend, had 2 meals off, one of which was a massive 3 courser full of badness. In fairness, I only ate about half of each course but....Lordy my body didn't like it!
I've had tummy cramps and the poops (sorry!) ever since and have only managed to get two shakes in today because of the pain!
Is this normal? I really feel like my body hated having food.....
At least the illness will get rid of the potential weight gain!😏
Target 1 - get to 161 lbs
Target 2 - Get to 157 (lowest I've been in last ten years!
Target 3- Get into 10s.....woop woop!!
Target 4- Target weight - 10 stone 7lbs
Yeh, I think that's pretty normal. A shock to the system. Hope you're better soon x

yeah, that happens to me too! happens to people on atkins too.
I look back at those photo's and think "why did I think I was fat?". Thyroid be damned, I will be thin again.
Goals for this time round-
Fit in my bridesmaid dress
Get into my size 10s (what ever weight that requires)
It was worth it- kinda!!
It has really made me wonder how to approach Christmas though- really dont want to feel that full and disgusting on Xmas day, and definitely not the day after. May have to limit myself to one Yorkshire and one roast! Misery!
