Started Wed, have just found this site last night and made (attempted) a biscuit/brownie out of a choc pack- it was rank- texture was like rubber.
Did I make it wrong or is this the consistency?

Starting weight (this time) somewhere just under 10stone...can I get under 9 stone in 5 weeks time???

Mixed with a bit of water (didn't measure), guesstimated a few table spoons, and put in microwave, kept nuking must have been over a min as it didn't seem to be getting harder.
My method is a few tsps hot water, mix well then microwave for 10 secs for pudding, 90 secs for buscuits.

I did it with choc, but if you look at the link below they give you loads of ideas!!!

I tried this too and it was like slimy rubber! So did I do it for just the wrong amount of time... i.e. too long for "pudding" texture but not long enough for "biscuit"? Haven't dared try again as it was truly rank!
