    Got to get through the weekend

    I'm on day 3, 5lbs down this morning and this weekend off. I've been invited out twice to Costa both days and its going to kill me to just drink black coffee (although its my usual daily drink) as I'm used to having their skinny lattes Wish me luck as I they and get through it!


    Lost 58lbs between 1st June - 31st Oct 2009 to target on Cambridge (204lbs - 146lbs)
