    Spring greens

    Hi I know it's not on the list provided with the products but does anyone know if spring greens are ok? Thanks x

    Week 1 - 16st 11lbs
    Week 2 - 16st 06lbs
    Week 3 - no weigh in/totm
    Week 4 - 14st 11lbs

    Week 7 - not been around to update much but had in these weeks losses every week, couple of slip ups, pleurisy and a tummy bug!

    12st 10lbs goal weight reduced further and period on lipotrim extended ten weeks (size 16)

    Wk 13 - 11st 13lbs!!! (Large size 14 bottom/16 top - Goal set by pharmacist at 8 and a half stone which is the top weight for my height but may stop at nine stone if I start to look gaunt and wrinkly!)

    I'm sure it's fine. It's normally made up of things like cabbage and sprouts as far as I'm aware...
    Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.

    On maintenance I'm a little higher than I would like to be...
