    January Challenge - who's in?

    Well Christmas is over and our excuse for eating too much has gone, now we've really got no excuses to not get back on the wagon and get the lbs shifting again. Well apart from NYE, that's why I'm starting again 1st Jan and being sensible up until then. So I thought that I'd start a challenge for January, anyone interested in joining me?

    Had a few weeks off so should have a nice first loss, I'm still going to aim for 14lbs though I think. Just add your name and target to the bottom of the list of the very last post if you want to join.

    Well I have not stopped the plan for Christmas I continued on with my 4 packs a day so am hoping my final weigh in of the year will be a good one am hoping to have reached the 3 stone loss mark!     going to ask a really silly question now, when am i supposed to do weigh in's? now that i no longer have a Cambridge Consultant?? do i just pick a day and then log my losses on here?? anyone already picked a day that i can buddy up with??
