    any1 starting afresh in the new year?

    so i have had a blow out at xmas as many others have i susspect lol bad people

    so im starting fresh on the 1st day of the knew year and gonna go at it hard n NOT give in to friday night drinks with the girls or be tempted by my fiancee and his "lets go out for a meal" lol

    i need to lose around 1 stone 10lb by march 13th for ivf purposes
    SO WHOS WITH ME PEOPLE?

    I've gotten a little off track over the holidays but will be starting a real food challenge in January. I've been working on cleaning up my diet over the past few days....got to get the junk out of the house again!

    I have done sw before, more than once and other weight loss diets but I like SW I would like to join you all in a weight loss journey in 2013 starting after New Year 2nd Jan although I am cutting down and making good chooses.

    first target Gym target 2-3 times 1.5 hour sections = 3hour

    7th - 11th walk 40 min school - 3 out of 5 days + 4 gym 1.5 hours = 6hours well impressed
