    Restart after 5 months

    Hi all I'm restarting s&s on wednesday after a five month break before this I lost 2 stone and have managed to maintain my weight loss give or take 1-2 lb gain or loss which I'm so proud of. I'm so looking forward to completing my journey and reaching my goal before I start my nursing degree in April. 2.5 stone to go. 2013 is looking so positive for me right now

    Start weight 13stone 11lb
    Goal weight 10stone 7lb
