Well starting slim and save for the first time on 01/01/13. I have 28days of pack-will be doing the 4 packs a day. People have mentioned Coke Zero. Can I have it and if I can how much per day?

Goal 1 - Get into the 13's
Goal 2 - Lose 0.5 stone
Goal 3 - Lose 1.0 stone
Goal 4 - Get into the 12's
Goal 5 - Lose 1.5 stone
Goal 6 - Lose 2.0 stone
Goal 7 - Lose 2.5 stone
Goal 8 - Lose 3.0 stone
Goal 9 - Lose 3.5 stone
Goal 10 - Lose 4.0 stone

I am someone who has the sensitivity to citric acid so can't do anything with it in as I metabolise it as sugar. I don't have that issue at all with coke zero and did manage to polish off over 2 litres of it yesterday - not on purpose, was a thirsty day so I just kept filling my glass!

It is my understanding that SnS recommend no more than 500ml of coke zero a day - I'm not sure what the reasoning is though.
Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.
