I am indeed! The flavours sound great and seem to have been well received, so I'm confident that I can stick with thisWhen I start, I'll have 18 weeks to lose 4st, which I think on this plan should be very do-able! If I can lose 5st that would be a huge bonus, I'd be the weight i was when me and fiance met

It's a benefit if you can cut down on carbs beforehand so that you're part of the way into ketosis before you begin on the packs which makes it easier to get around any feelings of hunger. I restarted a couple of times with Cambridge and this worked for me xx
