GOAL 7 - to continue on with the plan and get to be 10st 13.5lbs, because I have always wanted to be 10 stone something! The least I have weighed as an adult is 11st3lbs and at the time I thought I was huge but when I see those clothes/photos now I realise I wasn't...but 11st something sounds so much worse than 10st something to me.
