Well I didnt sweat like it describes but it has definitely warmed me up and my skin feels lovely and tingly and smooth! I used half a spice jar of ginger and some tea tree oil. Feel ready for a nice relaxing early night now! X
ooh that sounds really good! might do one afternoon next week. did you use the salt it suggested too?
Sounds really nice- I often have a bath when I am cold, it is sometimes the only way I can warm up.

When I get tempted to pick in the evenings, I'm going to be lounging in the bath with a good book or magazine and this sounds perfect!!!
Yes I added the salts as well, feel lovely and relaxed now in a way I haven't for ages??? You can also do them with a cup of grated fresh ginger and no salts/baking powder to get the sweat and detox effect, the baking powder has made my skin feel so soft tho!
Will need to try that. I have a hot bubble bath every evening it's a great distraction from food and warms you up
