Excercise on s&s.
Hi all. I'm starting s&s 4 a day in 2 weeks(after mates 30th birthday). I also play contact sports and I'm wondering if I keep playing while in ketosis am I going to ruin myself/feint?
When on Caimbridge I was told carry on as normal for you. Don't start any knew exercise routines in the first 2 weeks. So I think if you've already been doing it you should be ok. But more experienced peeps will be along with far wiser words then me
you don't get figure like mine by using swear word like 'DIET'
I ultimately want to give my boys their mom back and me my life back !!!
I pledge to take it 1 lb at a time and to ease up on myself when I make a mistake.

Sounds like good advice! I would also suggest that you plan to have a bar straight afterwards.
