    S&s cambridge and exante

    Hi just joined the site and need some advice please, I have tried cd lost 5 stone out it back on, lost 2 stone with exante, got bored and it's back on again, I want to eat and was told s&s had good packs. How do the tastes differ please

    I've done CD and the shakes on S&S are slightly sweeter, nice flavours though. The bars are slightly smaller, but again, nice flavours and the savoury meals are a nice change - I haven't tried all of them but have a sample pack that I'm working through. It seems a fairly flexible plan with the option of protein & veg additions
