    Talking Love love love this diet

    So much easier than I thought it would be, not hungry and actually not really craving real food. Plus loving the drop on the scales! Not finished my first week yet and I'm down 12lbs
    Doing my own thing- 16/12/2012

    Week one- -10lbs!
    Week two- +7lbs (christmas)
    Week three- -4lbs


    Slim and Save- 03/01/2013

    Week one- -12.5lbs and TOTM! Lost 15.5in
    Week two- STS
    Week three- +2lbs off plan
    Week four- +1lb off plan
    Week five- +1lb off plan
    Week six- STS

    Still starving lol! But taking the slow scenic route. I'm trying not to weigh in but the that pesky wii fit is calling me tonight. I think that my lose will be low, but I haven't nibbled lol.
