    Mushrooms

    Could I have 200g of mushrooms all in 1 serving?? Or should I have 100g and 100g of something else??
    you don't get figure like mine by using swear word like 'DIET'

    I ultimately want to give my boys their mom back and me my life back !!!

    I pledge to take it 1 lb at a time and to ease up on myself when I make a mistake.

    Ive had 200g of mushrooms you can have all the same as today i had 200g of broccoli yum =)

    Week 4- 11st 13lbs -3lbs
    Week 5-7 had a break did slimming world 11st 12lbs
    week 8-12st 2lbs stuffed face day before starting vlcd opps
    week 9 - 1st week back on vlcd with totm


    targets
    get into the 11s done
    get to 11.9 thats 1lb lighter than what i got last year
    get to 11.7
    get to 11.5 - 2 stone lost
    get into the 10s
    get to 10 st 7lbs

    I did that the other day and put them in the spaghetti....realised once cooked I could have easily had half. Tonight I'm splitting, 100g mushroom, 50 g cabbage ( to try the crips) and 50 g olives.

    Lol, well I've posted on recipe page to ask the person who posted about them as my attempts tonight weren't v successful! I cutoff 50g from a white cabbage, seperated on oven tray and sprinkled with smoked paprika. First batch binned as oven too hot and burnt after 15 mins, second batch on lower temp (150) still seemed over done!! Will try again tomorrow.

    Ive seen them on recipe thread, I think they were heated very gently so dehydrated. not tried it myself though.

    Yeah, think they need to be checked a lot so as not risk overdoing them until suds the right temp nd length of time.
