I did that the other day and put them in the spaghetti....realised once cooked I could have easily had half. Tonight I'm splitting, 100g mushroom, 50 g cabbage ( to try the crips) and 50 g olives.
How do you make crisps out of cabbage?

Lol, well I've posted on recipe page to ask the person who posted about them as my attempts tonight weren't v successful! I cutoff 50g from a white cabbage, seperated on oven tray and sprinkled with smoked paprika. First batch binned as oven too hot and burnt after 15 mins, second batch on lower temp (150) still seemed over done!! Will try again tomorrow.

Ive seen them on recipe thread, I think they were heated very gently so dehydrated. not tried it myself though.
