Hi Everyone !

Newbie here starting the Slim & Save VLCD .Need to lose 6stone :mad: :eek: Where did that come from? Seriously i have the body of a supermodel,and she is going to KILL me when she sees what i've done to it :p . Im on day 2 and actually feeling great. Headaches yesterday ,but today has been,dare i say it..easy . (famous last words eh? ) I have a mini goal of 3stone before April 1st as i go on holiday to America. Going to do a diary as the ones on here are inspirational. Good luck everyone,and if somebody wants to buddy up im more then happy.

Good luck with your weight losses just stay focused, busy and drink lots of water.

I've want to lose a total of 2.5-3 stone which is very do able. As I'm past I've lost 10 stone.

I'm on day 9 and I'm at that not hungry stage, I've only had 1 food pack today as so busy and karate tonight so will struggle to fit them all in tonight.

Good luck if you want a buddy I be more than happy

Glad its do-able miss vlcd83 ! How does exercising fit in? Do you have the energy or have to eat more?

The first week I didn't exercise I let my body adjust to the low calories. Then this week I started back at gym and ran 2k and 2k on rowing machine and felt fine as before Xmas I was running 5-10k a day. I'm setting a maximum limit of 5k while on low calories. I felt fine and full of energy. Not sure about karate as its my first session tonight can't be any more than going to gym.

I don't eat more as I think to my self my body has way more fat supplies it can burn it certainly doesn't need anymore food.

But I would say leave it a week or two depending how you feel before you start any new exercise.

It helps make you feel happier positive and more full of life
 
well done on starting this stage of your journey. As well as a diary have you thought about blogging from your profile page??? i find the blogs section an easier read, you get the bulk from the writer stright off then you can read the comments if there are any!!! have to admit i've only found the section this week but LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it!!

6 stone does sound a lot, but I really think it's achievable on this diet.

I saw the blog section at the top of the page, in the menu just under the MiniMins logo..

As gee gee says. You can read stuff from peeps in other sections. I find it interesting.
