    BMI Information:

    Need some quick advice....

    Hiya,

    I have been 100% for a week now, packs only and no added extras.


    Im just leaving for asda to buy some coke zero, sparkling water, and hopefully some sugar, citric acid free jelly.

    Is there anything else that I could grab whilst I am there that may assist me getting through another week? When people discuss items that we can add I think oh thats a good idea however forget when I get to the shops.

    Thanks guys.... I have just got home and brought numerous bottles of flavoured waters that are all nil cal, I also checked that they do not have citric acid in them. I grabbed some jelly too and have shared the sachet over 4 small cups so there is an emergency snack in the fridge if I waivering.
