    Tip

    Ok this isn't for everyone. I was watching gmtv (daybreak) before work and Kelly osbourne's therapist was giving hints and tips. One was to wear an elastic band (I used a hair tie) on our wrist. Every time ou go to cheat your diet ping it on your wrist and tell yourself to snap out of it.
    Like I said not for everyone. Helped me at work today when someone went and got dominos for the boardroom!!!
