    Lost 130lbs from July 2011 to June 2012. Have been maintaining since then but now have returned to lose the extra I put on whilst trying to work out how to maintain!

    Mellissa honey, not many people will have seen this as it's been posted as a reply on someone elses thread. If you start your own thread - perhaps in the weekly weigh in section, it will get seen by more people
