    White wine

Hi everyone. I'm starting this diet tomorrow. I've previously done Cambridge (lost 4 stone), put on 2 stone so tried Exante, lost 2 stone, didn't like Exante products except the bars, put on loads of weight over christmas so here I am ready to start again tomorrow. I see s&s do a white wine water flavouring and was wondering if anyone has tried it before. I thought that maybe at weekends if I'm with friends I could drink that and try and convince myself its actual wine. So any thoughts would be appreciated. Good luck to everyone who's on their own weight loss journey.

Hello, Slinky! As with all packs/powders the rule is each to their own, but in my opinion it tastes more like lemon squash. It's a very nice drink and refreshing and of course there's no citric acid which would be in normal lemon/orange drinks.

Give it a go, you only need a tiny bit and it makes a full pint.

I agree, nothing like white wine! Had it in sill and sparkling water, is basically lemon squash really. Was quite disappointed!
