How do you improve your packs?
Just wondering what things people add/do to their packs to improve them?
My meals tend to have garlic added. I add a spoon of coffee to vanilla and have it hot, only way I can even tolerate it!

We would accomplish more things if we did not think of them as impossible.
Lost just under 3 stone on various diets in 2011-2012.
Restarting Slim and Save Jan 2013 to lose the rest!
