Does anyone know the guideline amount of carbs we should have while remaining in ketosis?
It would be useful when completing my daily diary on MFP.

Personally if I go over 65-70g am thrown off ketosis :-(

I've heard 60g and 70g.. I seem to be having every possible allowance and still only hitting around 61g.
Use the slim and save meal planner, not mfp. Their site tells you if you'll be in ketosis or not.
I use MFP and aim for under 70g a day but everyones different , I think its a good habit to get into TBH cos then you own everything you nibble ( the lil bits of cold meat when you pass the fridge add up;p)
If my cals are under 850 a day and carbs under 70 I claim it as a victory:-)
