    Ketosis level question

Hey I measured my ketosis on a friends stick and it had the max level. I know it should only be moderate. Is this dangerous? I do drink quite a lot of water?

Not too sure to be honest as I don't use them. Phone up slim and save an ask maybe if noone else offers any suggestions.
Sorry can't be more help. X

You are either in ketosis or not in ketosis - any ketones showing on the stick means that you are in ketosis. The stronger the colour the more ketones are present - that tends to indicate that you are dehydrated. I know that you said that ou drink plenty of water - perhaps ou need more than some other people? I personally have 6 to 7 litres spread throughout the day as I like my water! I drink it fizzy though - couldn't drink that much plain water...
Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.

On maintenance I'm a little higher than I would like to be...
