    Tuna in brine!!!

    Hi everyone, is tuna in brine ok for protein meal? Just been to 2 supermarkets and can't find the one in spring water x

    I'm sure it's fine, check the carb content on the label but I can't imagine it's anything other than low, and it would only be like sprinkling a touch of salt on top anyhow. Have you considered tuna steaks? Often find them in the frozen fish section and are amazing steamed with veg

    Hi noodles, the tin says 1g of carb per 100g! I will defiantly look out for the frozen steaks though!! Do you ever have 2 eggs as your protein meal,thanks x
