    salad dressing?

    hi guys,

has anyone discovered a salad dressing that we are permitted to use that they could recommend? all of the ones I usually use are oil or citrus based which obviously won't be permitted...

would love to pep up my plate of leaves so any suggestions welcome

    thanks guys x

Havd you tried a pinch of veg bullion with a dribble of water drizzled over? I normally cook my chicken in some veg bullion and use the 'sauce' as a dressing.

I've been hiding as I'm a very naughty girl who's taken a week off. Tum is decidedly wobblier, so is the chin :-(
I'll update my diary rather than highjack this thread! :-) nice to be missed though x

Balsamic vinegar is good. Really makes a salad taste good :-)

Careful with balsamic, it is quite high in carbs.

I have beetroot and pickled onions in my salad. A little juice from them makes a good dressing. Like the person before me said, careful with balsamic vinegar.

You can get Salad Light (which is like Fry Light but for salads). There's a balsamic one and a ceaser one. It's 1 calorie per spray.
