    So i failed...

    I couldn't stick to it. It was too cold and I got the wrong sorts of shakes that I couldn't mix with hot water to heat me up. This time around I have bought everything that I can heat up from soups to meals and some shakes. Starting today round 2. Lets hope this time around is better. I am going to have four a day with food, my losses will be slower but I am prepared for it
