Iv noticed a few ppl mentioning eating veg that isn't in the list Sns gave me! So I was wondering what veg that's not on the list are we allowed?

Brussel sprouts are fine but not on the list! Not that many people will be pleased with that I doubt! Haha it's just I am addicted to them yum!!! xxx

You should try and eat a range of the veg on the list, other veg is ok, except for he carby ones (carrots, parsnips etc). Beetroot contains some citric acid, as do onions and garlic but in small quantities they are fine. I even occasionally have a tablespoon of coleslaw!
Rob told me that whatever veg I wanted, I should just reduce the weights so they matched the carbs in 200g of the allowed veg
I just had celeriac mash for tea- it was lush!!! Yet to find out if I'm allowed it as its not on the list, but carbs aren't high and it was really good. Beginning to think root veg are the way forwards!
