    1st day!

    I'm soooooo hungry! Lol!! I'm doing it incognito, at work today so had cookie & cream for brekkie, lunch was 125g of quorn & a green salad 145g,

    I'm hank marvin but ploughing on, got a bar to nibble on later with a cuppa, don't finish until 8pm! Snoooore! X

    Well its day 7 for me today, I weigh tomorrow morning, although did take a sneaky peek on Sunday morning and had lost 4lb!

    Yesterday was tough, i had to cavein and have cheese, only a little, otherwise i would have scoffed the whole house out!!!!
