    Ketosis

    How quickly can I expect to get into ketosis and is there anything I can do to help it along?

    Current BMI: 29.9
    Goal BMI: 24.8


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st1lb
    % Lost 11.05%
    Everyone's different but generally 2-3 days. I dont think there's anything you can do to speed it up apart from stick to the plan and be patient! Good luck x

    Nope, just stick to plan and you'll be in ketosis eventually. Some people take 2-3 days, some people take a week. Really just depends on you and how carbed up your body was before you started. Just stick with it and you'll get there
