    Can I use up cambridge/exante packs?

    Hey everyone,

    Explained in my diary but I have loads of packs from exante (yuck!) and cambridge too that I want to use up...is it okay to switch them in? I'll be doing 3 packs plus protein

    3 stone to go!

    You'd be best of doing a day of each, as each plan gives different percentages of daily nutrients! For example S&S is 25% per pack, some are 33%

    I'm doing a strange combination of CD Sole Source Plus and S&S, I have lots of tetras leftover so have one of those everyday as well as two S&S packs and something from the protein list on SS+ as well as 200g of veg! My logic being that the CD packs are higher in calories, so this is in fact less calories than SS+, its working for me so far, but I would perhaps take a multivitamin if you're mixing.
