Also, how much do you have to lose? If it's not a lot, you won't get a massive number. Drink plenty of water, stick to the plan and you WILL lose, it's impossible not to. There are sometimes weeks where you might not lose much or even anything but you will still have lost fat. It all catches up in the end! Were you dieting before you started S&S?

Lost just under 3 stone on various diets in 2011-2012.
Restarting Slim and Save Jan 2013 to lose the rest!

Are you doing lots of exercise? That slows weight loss. Also are you having something which would stop you getting into ketosis - such as camomile tea? Fnally are you being strict on exactly what vegetables you are allowing yourself and weighing your vegetables/protein - not having extras such as tomato sauce?
Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.

Thanks everyone! I have been having 200g of cucumber a day as well as the 4 items, I haven't done brilliantly on my water though, maybe that's the problem! Really hope I get some loss soon, constantly hungry but no weight loss is so frustrating! I haven't dieted before this diet and I do walk 9 miles a week.

I'm in the same boat as you, apart from I lost a stone on my first week and then nothing at all the following week then I gained 5lbs on my third week then bang I had a massive weight loss, I think my problem at first was I was doing an hour of exercise vids each day, I was always hungry and think my body was going into starvation mode. I honestly thought there was something wrong with me. I cut back on the exercise(Stopped all together the vids and went for a little walk each day instead) then on my 4th week(which is this week) and the hunger stopped oh and I also drank more water, 2.5l a day and like I said I had a huge weight loss. You might be like me and loose loads of weight all at once. Give it at 3 to 4 weeks and then if you still don't see any weight loss then take a trip to your docs!

Drinking enough water is really important. Not just for your health - but also because the reaction which your body does in order to use te fat requires water - no water no reaction. Also, the exercise you are doing may cause some water retention initially but you will still be losing fat - it's just that the retained waterr weighs quite a lot. I would suggest that you up your water intake and also measure yourself so that if there is no weight loss you can still tell if you are losing fat or not.
