Tracker!
Ello :-)
Does anyone know if we should go by the s&s tracker or the 100 grams protein and 200 grams veg rule?
I'm finding when putting in my food its saying not enough calories so ive been adding extra vegetables then panicking that's wrong lol. I still stay in purple deep ketosis.
Anyone know which is right one to follow?

Well, slightly complicated answer from me! If you're having a protein meal, you should add extra protein until you reach the number of calories for the day, rather than having just the 100g. After all, 100g of lean beef is very different to 100g of chicken, which is very different to 100g of prawns. Don't go over the 200g veg though. That's the advice I got from S&S however... the S&S meal tracker isn't really all that accurate I don't think. I was using it but moved to MFP and now use that, checking S&S nutrition data each time, and generally the calories and carbs are a bit higher than what the S&S planner tells me.
