Just popping by to say hi to everyone. I'm literally just about to order so was looking to see what flavours were popular round here, haha! - I've done numerous VLCD's, Lighter Life, Lipotrim & Exante an although I've briefly done well on them, I've always got bored an ended up failing miserably - I've been doing Slimming world lately but it's not strict enough for me and I seem to faff about on it so after reading up about Slim & Save and it having food packs (so much better than living off shakes) it seems right up my street and i'm hoping this time I have the will power to see it through til the end. I have at least 8 stone to lose and I'm gonna take it in 2 stone steps. Look forward to chatting with you all, Lisa xxx

Hey Lisa and welcome firstly s&s is like heaven compared to other vlcds lol I did lipotrim and god this is so much better!! I wouldn't say theres exactly popular flavours because everyone's taste is so different, i would maybe say order samples or the mix pack thingy first?
I'm more of a plain Jane lol I just like the caramel/toffee kind of flavours, the spicy spag and mac cheese is nice! Never tried the soups so can't comment, the chocolate shake is nice warm if u like ur hot chocolates! The bars are nice, I'm not a fan of the lemon though but some on here love it

Packs all ordered, yay! - I've gone straight in for the months worth as I know I won't like the soups and don't wanna end up with lots going to waste! I'm actually quite excited - Well done on your weight loss so far Stef, you must feel amazing! xxx

Hi Lisa, welcome to the dark side I've done Cambridge and Exante and can honestly say that S&S is by far the better of the 3! Like you said, so much more variety and the meal packs make me feel more normal! When is your order arriving?

My packs will be here on Monday & the big start is Tuesday - it would of been Monday but I'm off to see The Killers in Manchester on Monday night so I thought I may as well have one last blow out, haha! - I'm strangely excited for my delivery, can't wait to get it! xxx
